I recently received my order of the Collagen Peptides tub, but upon opening it, I realized that the plastic scoop was completely missing from the tub.
Could you please advise on how I can measure out the correct dosage. I have attached a photo of the item I received for your verification. Thank you.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we're sorry for the inconvenience!
For our Marine Collagen Peptides, the measuring scoop may sometimes settle at the bottom of the tub during transit. We kindly recommend checking the powder carefully using a clean, dry spoon, as the scoop may be buried underneath.
We've also sent you an email to further assist you with this concern. 💌 Kindly check your inbox, and feel free to reply to our email if you're still unable to locate the scoop.
Thank you for your patience and understanding! 💕
I’ve been drinking this since June and have noticed such an improvement in my complexion—it looks so much brighter! I love the taste too. I’m usually not a fan of tomatoes, but this is delicious! My brighter complexion has also made me feel more confident heading out, though I still use sunscreen to protect my skin from sun damage.
Been taking this bundle for half a month now. I find that I feel less bloated in the mornings and I snack a bit less at night if I take the saffron after dinner. I found that I was still craving and snacking if I took the saffron before dinner, but that could just be me :) Repurchased this again to see how it goes for another month before deciding if this is something I will commit to, but so far so good!
I have paid last Oct 08 but have not yet received my order until now and it’s Oct 13 already. To Purest PH management, please do something about my complaint.
