The mini box was a great way to trial the products, along with a cute keychain gift. I tried out the hair version and it tasted so good that I decided to try the next product! It’s a great way to try before getting more, especially for those who are worried they don’t like the taste.

I guess it does help as my hair ( some regrowth- not sure it’s due to this on hair needs to grow), nails some improvement n facial skin maybe improve as my skin is not problem skin so hard to tell. I got this as a sample and the powder completely dissolves with hot water. The taste is strong and not so sweet. Taste like a mocha for me and I like the taste. I went toilet 3 times to pee and it’s a lot of pee per toilet run. It’s like flushing out my body toxins. I will purchase the next round. Try to drink more water after the coffee so that it can clear off the strong taste or u can actually brush your teeth as well. Overall. It tasted great.

I added this to my subscription on the 3rd mth and I decided to continue with my subcription as I noticed that my nails are less brittle after taking it and my face doesn't look saggy!! 😅

I tried Matcha on the 2nd mth but decided to go back to this flavour thou I love Matcha. The taste is a bit too light for me.

My 4th subscription this mth, after trying Herbal Harmony I decided to add on the Kombucha Slimming Blend and the Marine Collagen Peptides.

Some people may not like the taste of The Grape Fruit flavour, but I love it. I tried changing to the Lemon Kombucha last mth, but decided to go back to Grape Fruit Kombucha this mth.

I've been having unbearable period cramps for a while now. The kind that if I drink just 2 cold drinks in the month, the next period's cramps are so bad I can feel nauseous. I've tried things like TCM accupuncture and chinese medicines, but even after months, hundreds of bitter medicines and needles, and thousands of dollars spent, there's hardly a difference. I tried 1 box of Cycle Harmony Melts for a month, taking 1 sachet every night (less than the recommended dosage, yes, I know). Somehow the painful cramps just disappeared. The discomfort became super mild and I could still function well during the first days of my next period. I have no idea how, despite taking less than the recommended dosage, the effect was still so noticeable. That being said, I'm wary that this is just after the first month of trying this, and I'd like to continue monitoring with continued intake. I've given 4 stars because my only critique of this is that I wish it could be made less sweet and with less colouring. I have sensitive skin too and I feel like the colouring is making my skin react a bit more. Great product otherwise!

Tried this out and it’s probably just really not to my palate, tried it on 3 different days and mixing with different things to try and alleviate the bitterness (e.g. honey, chilled etc) and I just ended up pouring it away.

Cant say anything about the efficacy because I can’t even finish one glass, but wouldn’t recommend if you don’t do well with bitter flavors 🥲 its a shame because it smelled good. Maybe ill try another flavor next time.

First time trying: taste is good and convenient to bring out

I started with the glow berries. After 1.5 months, my skin showed a glow, was more hydrated and the hyperpigmentation was less obvious.

Continued for another month and was surprised how much better my skin was; less breakout and more even toned.

Decided to try the snow tomato glow and the result is phenomenal. The hyperpigmentation, which is my greatest challenge is slowly fading.

And the taste for both is delicious! What a pleasurable way to consume supplements and with positive results in a short time of 2 months.
