i bought this cause i hoped to reduce period cramps that are so bad, it helped with the cramps but also help with me having less blood clots and better blood flow, unfortunately i felt that it tasted really sweet although the product itself works

Been taking this for almost 2months and i and finally noticing some changes in my gut health. Bloatedness has reduced, sweet cravings is almost gone. Digestion has been so much better. I like it. I'm close to finishing my 2nd tub now. I'm in my 40s and have had hot flushes, waking in the middle of the night, mood swings. Signs of perimenopause. Maybe a month into taking it, these have since went away when I started taking it. I also noticed I feel more balanced and calm, although I've also started being more consistent in exercising so it may be a combination of both. :)
