More than 1 year and 5 months of daily consumption. This sachet is no joke. My bowel is well cleanse and I never experience bloated stomach again. I saw a visible drop in my waist line. Been using this for almost 5 months now. I purposely delayed writing a review because I wanted to be sure if it's really effective. Lo and behold, it is! I used to be really constipated, but now my bowel movements have become regular and I'm not as bloated as I used to be anymore! I also noticed that I have better skin now and the smell down there is gone! It might take some time before you see visible results, but consistency is key in everything. Overall, really great product. I unfortunately have to stop my subscription now though due to other financial priorities, but I'll definitely order again soon. this is not a paid review btw and I am definitely not a bot. just wanted to share how satisfied I am with the product :)
