Recommended by a friend and tried it out for a couple months, took a scoop every morning and noticed less bloating. I can focus better at work, even after lunch I don’t get indigestion as I often do.
I did notice the slight bitter aftertaste from the grapefruit flavour as mentioned in some reviews but I didn’t mind it at all though it might not be for everyone. Still loving the benefits from taking this product regularly!
P.S. if you are afraid of the bitter taste, I recommend giving the Lemon flavoured version a try! It’s just as good and has a refreshing lemony taste with no bitterness at all!

Having tried this product for a few months with an experimental break in between, I must say it really help regulate my hormones. I take this first thing in the morning. I’ve only been on it for about a week so I think I’ll need awhile more to see proper results. The taste is not the best but it’s ok, my only gripe is really that it doesn’t dissolve well especially if I use cold water. Whether I use an electric whisk or a shaker bottle I still end up with quite a bit of undissolved bits that I have to try to break up with the whisk
