Pricey? Yes. Worth the money? Absolutely! I love how thick the bird’s nest contents are in this bottle. Every single mouth is filled full of quality bird’s nest! Don’t worry about the sugar, it’s not very sweet and doesn’t taste artificial as well. Great as a gift even for the elderly.

Two Weeks In — So Far, So Good 😊

I’m about two weeks into taking the Daily Longevity Blend, and I’ve noticed some subtle but positive changes.

My energy feels more sustained, I’m less lethargic by afternoon, and surprisingly, I don’t always need that third cup of tea at 3pm anymore! 😄 I also feel a little sharper mentally when dealing with complex information and people.

I started gym training around the same time, so I can’t attribute everything to the supplement. But I do feel it complements my workouts — recovery feels smoother and I’m gradually feeling stronger.

Could some of it be psychological? Maybe! But hey, if I’m feeling better and moving in a positive direction, I’ll take it. 😂

Plus, it actually tastes really good — refreshing first thing in the morning.

My only little gripe: I need a shaker to blend it properly, so… one more gadget to wash! 😅 I’m hoping they’ll eventually make it in individual sachets too. That would be so much easier for travelling.

It works !

I wanted to wait a few months before reviewing. I’m down from 69.5kg to 66.7kg. The weight loss is gradually (about 1kg a month), which tells me it’s healthy and sustainable. I love that it has no weird aftertaste. Highly recommend if you are patient and consistent.

I think these are really working for a first time user. I’ve been taking it for a week now and I can notice subtle differences in my skin and weight. But i really don’t like the bitter taste of the grapefruit that’s why I’m giving it four starts only. It kinda down graded the experience for me.

Sorry, I wanted to like it, but I really can't. It says "melts deliciously in your mouth" -- but it doesn't melt immediately; it tastes chalky, not delicious. :( I've choked on it a couple of times and had to wash it down with water to get rid of the chalky residue. I am used to the Kombucha blend (which also tasted a bit weird at the start, but I got used to it!). Will probably swap this with something else.
