The fine print

Terms & conditions

1. Organiser

This giveaway is run by The Purest Co ("Purest", "we") for our Singapore customers.

2. Eligibility

Open to Singapore residents who buy something on www.thepurest.co during the promotion period. This applies to everyone, including existing product subscribers.
Purchases made on any other regional site don't qualify.
Purest staff, our agencies, and their immediate family can't enter.

3. Promotion period

Purchases must be made between 11–19 July 2026.
The entry form closes at 6:00am SGT on 20 July 2026. Entries submitted after this time won't be counted, even if the purchase was made in time.

4. How to enter

Everyone must submit the entry form, using the email address from your order or your subscription email. This is the only step required, there's no automatic entry.
One entry form per person. We can disqualify duplicate or fraudulent entries.

5. Entry tiers

Entries are based on the single highest tier you qualify for. Tiers don't add up:
New customer (1 entry): first purchase on www.thepurest.co during the promotion period Returning customer (2 entries): purchased before, and again during the promotion period New/recent subscriber (3 entries): subscribed during the promotion period, or have not reached your 2nd order Existing subscriber (4 entries): already subscribed before the promotion period started, with 2 orders or more

6. Prizes

Champion (1×): products worth from SGD 400, can grow up to SGD 900 depending on the "TEAM vs BOSS" challenge results (see Clause 7).
Finalists (5×): one box each of Collagen Glow Berries, Sicilian Orange Slimming Elixir, and Superdetox Kiwi Orange, worth SGD 354 per winner.
Group Stage (4×): one box of Collagen Glow Berries, worth SGD 118 per winner.
Prizes can't be transferred, exchanged, or swapped for cash. We may substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value.

7. Champion prize value

The Champion prize can grow through two "TEAM vs BOSS" challenges posted on our Instagram Reels during the promotion period. If TEAM wins a challenge, the Champion prize value goes up. If BOSS wins, it stays the same.
Our decision on challenge results and prize value is final.

8. Winner selection

Ten winners will be picked at random from all valid entries received by the deadline in Clause 3, during a live broadcast on our official Instagram account on 20 July 2026 at 12:00pm SGT.
Winners will also be notified by email or social handle within 5 business days, and may need to respond within 7 days to claim their prize, or it may be forfeited.

9. Your data

By submitting the entry form, you agree that we can collect and use your personal data to run this giveaway, check eligibility, and send out prizes, in line with our Privacy Policy and Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act.
Winners' names and/or social handles may be shared on our social channels to announce results, unless you tell us not to.

10. Other conditions

We can disqualify anyone who breaches these terms, and can change, pause, or end the giveaway if something outside our control makes that necessary.
Our decisions on any part of this giveaway are final. These terms are governed by Singapore law.
