The Science of Night Burn Saffron Elixir

For women who eat well, train, and still watch the scale stall after dark. The hours between dinner and morning are when your body keeps working. This is made for those hours.

Your metabolism doesn't clock off at bedtime.
Between your last meal and your first coffee, three things quietly shape the night: what you reach for late, how much of dinner your body stores, and how deeply you actually sleep. Night Burn works on all three, from one sachet taken around dinner.
Fewer reaches for the snack drawer.
Late-night snacking is rarely about real hunger. It rides on stress and mood after dark. Saffron's active compounds, crocin and safranal, are studied for a gentle lift in mood and a steadier sense of satiety. Less a full stomach, more a quieter urge.
In a randomised, placebo-controlled trial, mildly overweight women aged 25 to 45 who took a saffron extract for 8 weeks snacked less often and lost more weight than the placebo group, with calories left unrestricted. Effects were modest and partly self-reported, and the study used a higher dose of a different standardised extract. Read it as a promising direction, not a guarantee.
Less of dinner's fat, stored.
Okra is rich in soluble fibre. In the gut it forms a soft, viscous gel that binds to some of the fat in your meal, so a portion is carried out rather than absorbed and stored.
In a 12-week randomised controlled trial, adults following a reduced-calorie diet alongside an okra-based supplement lost more weight and more centimetres from the waist than diet alone. Wider reviews of okra are mixed, and the effect works with your eating, not instead of it.
Deeper sleep, so the rest can work.
Poor sleep raises next-day cravings and slows recovery, quietly undoing daytime effort. Lemon verbena is studied for helping you fall asleep faster and stay asleep more efficiently, supporting your body's own night-time melatonin.
Over 90 days, adults with poor sleep who took a lemon verbena extract fell asleep faster, slept more efficiently, and showed about 14% higher night-time melatonin than placebo. The same trial found no significant change in cortisol, so we won't tell you it lowers your stress hormone.
The night shift,
handled.
Take one sachet about 15 minutes before or after dinner. Zero sugar, apple flavoured. Then let saffron settle the cravings, okra bind some of the fat, and lemon verbena carry you into deeper sleep.
The findings above describe studies of the individual extracts, often at different doses and in specific groups. They are not a promise of your results and have not been evaluated to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. This elixir contains L-tryptophan. If you are pregnant, nursing, on medication, or managing a condition, check with your healthcare provider before use. Night Burn is designed to support the balanced eating, movement, and rest you are already doing.
