Having been drinking for more than a month. But my weight didnt drop abit. Conversely, it seems like i m puttinf on some weight. I wonder if this product really works. I did not do much change to my daily activities and diet too.

I'm in my late 40s and in perimenopause. A few days after I started taking this, I noticed that my hot flashes seemed significantly less intense. I thought it was a fluke and attributed it to cooler weather but I continued taking it and I'm happy to say that I don't feel as hot and sweaty as I used to. I was actually amazed because I was resigned to feeling hot all the time. I also noticed that I feel less tired and seem to have good dreams every night now. I haven't tracked my weight so I can't really say if that's been impacted. One thing I wish would be improved is the taste -- it's mildly sweet and floral. It doesn't taste bad but personally, I'm only able to tolerate it when I drink it with warm water. Overall though, I'm very satisfied with this product's effectiveness and I will likely buy again.

I’m not sure whether it’s all my mind over body phase but it did curb my appetite, I ate small bites. It’s too early to say about the losing weight part but with more time spared for exercise I might be on the route to a healthy weight lost. Hopefully,

Been taking this for almost a year now. I didn't significantly lose weight probably due to the age, but I feel healthier now. I don't get sick as often as before. I usually have UTI, particularly when I am pregnant. I was never bloated until i tried this, for almost 2 wks of use. I stopped then bloating was gone. I think this has lots of sugar. Didnt work for me.
