The instruction to use one scoop to 300-350ml water. How much is a scoop? Is there a scoop spoon provided?

Really works!

I injured myself recently and was experiencing a bit of joint pain. Saw this and decided to try. After taking for a few weeks, I find that this really works! I have much less or almost NO joint pain anymore. I now take this daily. Really happy with this product!

Awesome products to your skin and body

In my second week of consuming Collagen Glow and Sicilian Orange, my skin starts to glow and is less prone to hormonal pimples. My tummy is less bloated now and the "muffin top" feeling has reduced. I got the grapefruit powder drink

I got the grapefruit powder drink. At first it's too bitter. But if you realize it, it's came from the actual grapefruit, that's why. I noticed my cravings less and less, and that I'm eating less portions than before (you can notice I feel full after few bites). I prefer cold water to use on it rather than warm. All good and I just ordered my second order.

No slimming effective observed

Having been drinking for more than a month. But my weight didnt drop abit. Conversely, it seems like i m puttinf on some weight. I wonder if this product really works. I did not do much change to my daily activities and diet too.

I'm in my late 40s and in perimenopause. A few days after I started taking this, I noticed that my hot flashes seemed significantly less intense. I thought it was a fluke and attributed it to cooler weather but I continued taking it and I'm happy to say that I don't feel as hot and sweaty as I used to. I was actually amazed because I was resigned to feeling hot all the time. I also noticed that I feel less tired and seem to have good dreams every night now. I haven't tracked my weight so I can't really say if that's been impacted. One thing I wish would be improved is the taste -- it's mildly sweet and floral. It doesn't taste bad but personally, I'm only able to tolerate it when I drink it with warm water. Overall though, I'm very satisfied with this product's effectiveness and I will likely buy again.
