Also, I have PCOS and my problem is my irregular period. Even though taking Vitamins and Omega 3 won't help for a regular monthly period. Appreciate the smooth delivery however unfortunately the taste is not to my liking. It is too bitter for me. I’m going to find it hard to finish the bottle. I wish the taste is much tolerable like a competitor’s grapefruit flavour but I think the bitterness is suppose to be the stuff that works.

I’ve tried the collagen glow berries and feminine care preamp probiotics melts for almost a month and the results really surprise me a lot. Looking my skin getting brighter and keep glowing every single day is really a huge satisfaction for me. Coffee and salted caramel taste isn't too bad, you can taste the seaweed extract but it isn't bad. However, the texture is always quite awful. Followed the instructions exactly. The powder never dissolves fully so it is always gritty. The last 2-3 sips is impossible to drink because it is super clumpy and really nasty. If so much isn't getting dissolved, can't really get the full benefits. I regret buying a few boxes at a time. I'm struggling to finish all of them and I definitely will not repurchase.

I take this protein isolate after my workout. It's a great pairing with the Sicilian Orange Slimming Elixir in helping me to lose weight and recover quickly from workouts. Unfortunately, while the protein isolate tastes great, I don't like that it's quite clumpy and the powder does not melt evenly, even in my shaker bottle. So there is quite a bit of residue left at the bottom, even after vigorous shaking of my bottle. Will still continue to take it though but I wonder whether anything can be done to melt the powder more evenly.

I’m going to be absolutely honest here. I’m on the second batch so second month into this. Haven’t seen any weight loss change which is a bit disappointing but I know it’s not a miracle thing and it may take time… so I’m still hoping!!

I don’t know why this zero sugar version isn’t more popular as I’ve been on the subscription for more than half a year now and swapped to the zero sugar once they launched! Same great tasting blood orange flavour, been taking it half an hour before my dinners consistently every day, and coupled with regular workouts I managed to lose 5kg in about 4months. Happy with the results and will continue.
One small request for the Purest team: I love the rewards system but it would be great if there’s an option to redeem the zero sugar version for the Sicilian Orange Slimming Elixir/Collagen Glow Berries as I would hate to go back to the regular sugar version after being accustomed to the zero sugar ones.
