Taste wise, it is actually ok, with notes of red bean-ish flavour unlike true high quality matcha, but I could accept it. However my issue with this powder is that it is really hard to dissolve , whether i use room temp or hot water. Just something for consideration as I drink my collagen supplements in the morning before going to work. Hence the slight frustration when im in a rush. I also did not notice (my fault) that it contains non dairy creamer hence there is higher fat content than the other collagen powder which i consumed before. That said, it is also lower in sugar and slightly higher in protein. To each their own, but ill return to my usual marine collagen peptides powder.

These are a great choice for omega 3 supplements especially with higher DHA amounts. The soft gels taste good. Some care needs to be taken when removing the softgel from the blister pack as they are on the fragile side. I will continue to order these.

Have been taking another pretty popular brand of collagen for a yr but had sudden acne outbreak on my cheek area which is pretty unusual. After taking these for a while, my immune system has definitely improved. Normally first to get sick in my house, but last month everyone else was down and I stayed strong. The only thing is, even after all this time, I still dislike the taste. But I think it's a small price for the benefit it brings.

The collagen seems to be working. I can feel my skin is firmer after one box. But I haven’t seen any results with Sicilian orange yet.
