Delicious DIY collagen froyo recipe (with Ninja Creami)

Collagen Frozen Yogurt (Ninja Creami)

High protein. Skin-supporting. Better than anything from froyo stores

Why this is doing more than you think

Frozen desserts get written off as a treat and nothing more. This one is different. Every ingredient here has a reason to be there.

🍓 Strawberries: rich in vitamin C, which is essential for your body's own collagen synthesis — it helps you absorb and use the collagen you're adding to this recipe
🥣 Greek yogurt: a complete protein with all essential amino acids, plus live cultures that support gut health and digestion
🍯 Agave: a lower-GI sweetener that gives you the sweetness without the spike-and-crash you'd get from refined sugar
🥛 Milk: adds creaminess and a small hit of calcium and protein to bind everything together
Collagen Glow Berries: marine collagen peptides that support skin elasticity, joint comfort, and hair and nail health — blended in from the start so every scoop counts

The kind of frozen yogurt that's actually working for you.

This recipe is for you if

  • You want a dessert that supports your skin goals
  • You're after something high protein and genuinely satisfying
  • You want to make your collagen supplement actually enjoyable

Less relevant if

  • You don't have a Ninja Creami
  • You need something ready in under an hour
  • You're avoiding dairy

The recipe

Collagen Frozen Yogurt

Creamy. Fruity. Actually good for you.

Prep5 min
Freeze24 hrs
Serves2–3

Ingredients

  • 10–12 strawberries (cut into small pieces)
  • 200g Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp agave
  • 70ml milk
  • 1 sachet Collagen Glow Berries

Method

  1. Add all ingredients into your Ninja Creami pint. Give it a gentle stir to combine.
  2. Freeze for 24 hours. Leave it undisturbed — you want it fully solid before spinning.
  3. Run the outside of the pint under warm water for about 5 seconds. This loosens it from the sides and helps it process evenly.
  4. Spin on Lite Ice Cream mode — twice. The first spin breaks it down. The second spin makes it silky.
  5. Add your toppings and eat immediately. 💫
The second spin is non-negotiable. One spin leaves it slightly crumbly. Two spins gives you that proper smooth, creamy frozen yogurt texture. Don't skip it.

Tips

"The easiest frozen dessert you'll ever make. Works every time."

Tip 01

Cut the strawberries small. Smaller pieces freeze more evenly and blend into the base better during spinning. Large chunks can leave uneven icy pockets.

Tip 02

The 24-hour freeze is real. Less time and the base won't be solid enough to process properly. If you want it for dinner, put it together the night before.

Tip 03

Water on the outside, not the top. You just want to release it from the edges — not start thawing the actual frozen yogurt. A few seconds under the tap is enough.

Tip 04

Eat it straight away. Ninja Creami frozen yogurt doesn't refreeze well. Once it's spun, it's at its best immediately. Scoop, top, eat.

Something we have alongside this

A high-protein frozen yogurt is a great habit — but what you do the rest of the day matters just as much, especially when it comes to your skin.

Collagen production doesn't come from just one sachet. It comes from consistent support: the right amino acids, the right cofactors, and taking it regularly so your body actually has what it needs to work with.

That's exactly what Collagen Glow Berries is designed for. One sachet a day — take it on its own, blend it, or mix it into something like this frozen yogurt. And the best part? It doesn't taste like a supplement. It tastes like something you'd actually want to drink 🍓

Quick summary

  • Five minutes of prep, 24 hours of freezing, and two spins in the Ninja Creami. That's it.
  • Every ingredient is working: vitamin C from strawberries, complete protein from Greek yogurt, collagen peptides from the sachet.
  • The second spin on Lite Ice Cream mode is non-negotiable — it's what gives you the smooth, creamy texture.
  • Top with Feminine Melts in Cranberry, fresh berries, granola, and chia seeds for the best result.
