As of May 14, 2026 - We’re upgrading our customer account login experience to provide a smoother and more secure way to access your account ✨ Some customers may notice a new login method when accessing their account on The Purest Co website.

What Changed?

Previous Login Method

Previously, customers logged in using:-

  • Email address
  • Password

New Login Method

Customers will now log in using:-

  • Email address only
  • 6-digit verification code sent via email

Note: No password is required with the new login experience 😊

Why Did This Change?

This update is part of Shopify’s newer customer account system designed to:-
